Yuva Music Festival
Yuva Music Festival, Transforming Lives with Music! is the signature platform of Musicea Arts and Culture Council. Founded by Maestro Surendranath Majumdar in 2014, Yuva Music Festival is a free and non-profit international platform for all music learners, amateurs, professionals and enthusiasts. Guided by a vision of ‘Transforming Lives with Music’ and a mission to accomplish – “Music for All”, YMF has already supported and promoted thousands of young artists and musicians across India and the world. A few of them have already become famous and accomplished artists.
Since its inception, Yuva Music Festival has become the most diversified music festival globally. Participants are free to choose their choice performance. Yuva Music Festival is an annual music celebration presenting national and international concerts, performances, master classes, seminars and symposiums. The transformational music platform receives support, participation and contribution from embassies and consulates of several countries, music teachers and professors across six continents, academic schools and colleges, NGOs, national and international Governmental organisations, celebrity artists, cultural organisations, eminent citizens, corporate houses, media and above all, music and art lovers. Every year thousands of children and youth from the most reputed schools to the most common schools and colleges participate with children and youth from NGOs, deprived children, and differently-abled children, sharing the joy and spirit of good music and positive thinking.
Yuva Music Festival is a platform where students, children, youth and teachers across India and the world network and exchange ideas and expertise. From 2021, Yuva Music Festival included Dance as the new field of engagement.
The objectives of Musicea Yuva Festival are:
- To provide enough opportunities and resources required to nurture talented upcoming students and artists and encourage them to take music as a full-time career option.
